Background & Experience
Kim Simons has specialized in leasing and sales of retail shopping center and restaurant properties since being licensed 1990. She has worked with clients that range from Fortune 500 companies and national chains to the local Small Business Owners, Landlords and Tenants. She is currently at NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate in Westlake Village. Kim also has a background in theater and film, and she is a member of The Screen Actors Guild. She has completed the writer’s program at UCLA extension and written 6 screenplays. Kim Simons is a published Autor, having published her first novel, Dance of Deception, a steamy thriller in 2018. She has been actively involved in the community, serving as president of Kiwanis, past board member of Foundation of the Arts, past board member of Toastmasters. She is a member of the board at the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce. She has recently been appointed commissioner serving on the Arts commission of Moorpark.
